The essence of the Dirt and Total Filter Management Program™ is that the company undertakes to manage the whole Air Delivery System, accept responsibility for the quality of air and ensure the filters are changed when necessary. This results in significant cost savings as the function is monitored and performed on a scientific basis with ISO calibrated instrumentation.
In the course of these duties, we assist the Plant Personnel in reducing the amount of dirt that is deposited in, on or under paint during the painting process. This ultimately brings about further cost savings as the number of re-works are minimised extensively. This is achieved by cutting dirt from the vehicle/product with a scalpel and identifying it under a digital camera microscope. A plan is then initiated to prevent a recurrence of this dirt generation.
